Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will begin being processed the following business day. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, but can be exchanged for alternate items if the order has not shipped.
All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped. To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail, or add signature confirmation and insurance, please contact us directly at customerservice@shopspanishmoss.com. Spanish Moss reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.
INTERNATIONAL:
Spanish Moss ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS, and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.
International Shipping Options:
First Class International is the least expensive shipping method. First Class International generally takes 10-21 days, but does NOT include tracking or insurance.
Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method. Global Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method.
Express Mail International usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance. We highly recommend this shipping method, especially for time-sensitive deliveries. (Depending on the customer’s country’s customs department, this shipping method may take longer than 5-7 days. This is not the responsibility of Spanish Moss).
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Spanish Moss is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.

All items (excluding sale items, swimwear, intimates, and cosmetics) may be returned within 14 days of the delivery of the order as long as the garment is returned with the tags still attached and is unwashed and unworn. Please email customerservice@shopspanishmoss.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line to receive a return form. All requests for returns made after the 14 day period will be denied. All Returns are granted in the form of store credit. Sale items, swimwear, intimates, cosmetic and fragrance purchases are all FINAL SALE. Preordered items are charged at the time the order is placed. No cancellations or refunds are permitted for preordered items. Orders that contain both preordered items and items currently in stock are shipped once the preordered items have arrived. If you wish to request separate shipping dates for preordered items and items in stock, please contact customerservice@shopspanishmoss.com with your order number. Vintage clothing is pre-worn and occasionally a rare antique. As a result, some pieces may show signs of wear. Spanish Moss carefully inspects each item and discloses any signs of wear in our detailed descriptions; however, due to the frequency of our listings, occasionally some small damage may be missed. Please be aware of this when buying from Spanish Moss’ vintage collection. Spanish Moss uses a modern American sizing chart and provides accurate measurements in each description. Please be aware of this policy before inquiring about a return.
